Yuriko León – Director of Business Development, Training, and Sustainability at the Peruvian Business Council in the UAE
Graduated with honors in Environmental Science and Management from The Open University in the United Kingdom, Yuriko León has over a decade of international experience in hospitality, property management, and sustainability.
She currently leads the Business Development, Training, and Sustainability division of the Peruvian Business Council in the UAE.
She is also the Founder and CEO of GYL Holiday Homes, a vacation rental and property management company in Dubai, recognized for its focus on quality, transparency, and personalized service.
She has worked for prestigious companies such as Qatar Airways. A resident of the region for 14 years, she actively promotes Peruvian talent and international collaboration. Her vision focuses on building bridges between cultures to foster inclusive and sustainable development.
